Through research, we've found that 1 in 2 women don't feel confident at work. For Women's History Month, we asked women at Travelers, to write each other encouraging letters, in an effort to change this.
Approximately 1,300 letters were submitted from women at Travelers. We shared some of their stories, and the impact words of encouragement can have in a film.
